Dubilo and Yana Stein in September of 2007, ADYS Mortgage, Inc. is primarily a residential Mortgage Broker serving all of Massachusetts and Connecticut.  With a focus on people, community and long-term relationships, ADYS Mortgage, Inc. works diligently to find the most qualified and diverse employees and business partners in the market place.  This focus allows us to grow organically while embracing our belief that the right people contribute significantly to the level of our client's trust and satisfaction with our firm.

Adam J. Dubilo, President

Adam Dubilo is President and a founder of ADYS Mortgage, Inc.  Adam has extensive experience in financial services, retail banking and mortgage banking.  His prior experience includes:  Fixed and Variable Asset Product Trainer at MassMutual Life Ins. Co., Bank Manager and Mortgage Officer at Fleet Boston Financial and Woronoco Savings Bank, and most recently Business Development Manager in the Emerging Banker’s Group of Indymac Bank.  Adam's years of experience in financial services, mortgage banking and management bring exceptional knowledge of the financial and mortgage markets to ADYS Mortgage, Inc.  Adam is a member of the East Longmeadow, MA Housing Partnership Committee and has completed undergraduate studies at Marist College and Western New England College in the areas of Mathematics and Corporate Finance.  Adam resides in East Longmeadow, MA with his wife and children.

Yana Stein, Executive Vice President

Yana Stein is a founder and Executive Vice President of ADYS Mortgage, Inc.  With a diverse background including several years of mortgage banking, personal and business accounting, computer programming and engineering, Yana brings a powerful skill set to ADYS Mortgage, Inc. and our clients.  Yana's corporate responsibilities include: Treasurer and Secretary of ADYS Mortgage, Inc., Human Resource Manager, and Financial Market Advisor.  Yana is fluent in Russian and serves our growing and established Russian speaking community.

Carlos E. Clinton, Sr. Mortgage Officer

Carlos Clinton is a Senior Mortgage Officer with ADYS Mortgage, Inc.  Carlos has over 25 years of consumer finance and mortgage finance experience.  In addition to his finance background, Carlos is also a distinguished musician and performs in a local Salsa and Latin Jazz band.  Carlos is a member of Saint Mary's Church and resides in Springfield with his family.
