Q: Is there a fee for the initial residential mortgage application?

A: No. We charge no application fee for the pre-qualification process.

Q: Why should I work with ADYS Mortgage, Inc. instead of my local bank?

A: In most cases, we can save you time and money. We save you time by contacting pre-selected top lenders on your behalf and finding the perfect match. We save you money because we have the ability to put together an all-around package. In most cases, this complete package will be a better option than what banks may offer. Lenders compete for your mortgage. Since we approach multiple lenders on your behalf, you don't have to fit yourself into one bank's requirements; instead, we will find the best lender to fit your particular situation.

Q: Do I need to have chosen a house before I apply?

A: No. You can be pre-qualified. Most real estate agents prefer a buyer who is pre-qualified for a dollar amount before they start showing them homes.

Q: Why do most real estate agents prefer a buyer who is pre-qualified?

A: Because if you are pre-qualified, then they know that you can buy a home and what you can afford. It makes finding a home much easier. Additionally, sellers are often more willing to accept an offer from a buyer who is pre-qualified, because they know it's more likely that the sale will go through. Pre-qualification is a very simple process.

Q: Which type of mortgage is best for me?

A: Once we have reviewed your initial application, we will be able to discuss with you which of the mortgage programs best fits your needs.

Q: What do I need to do to be pre-qualified?

A: Just click on the "Information Request" menu item on the top of the screen.  Complete and submit the online form and an ADYS Mortgage Professional will contact you to complete the pre-qualification application.

Q: Will I qualify for a mortgage?

A: We encourage you to apply. Let us go to work for you. In most cases, the answer is Yes!
